Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and securely repacked in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Include your order number and the reason for return inside the package to help our team process your request quickly.
Ship to Our Centre
Send your parcel via a tracked courier service to our main distribution hub at Newbank Garden Centre, Bury Road, Radcliffe.
Receive Your Refund
Once our horticultural experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
