We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days. For local customers near our garden centres, we also provide a specialized local delivery service for larger items like outdoor furniture and bulk compost.
How do you ensure plants arrive in good condition?
All live plants are hand-picked by our horticultural experts and packaged in specially designed, eco-friendly protective sleeves to ensure they stay hydrated and secure during transit.
What is your return policy for non-perishable items?
You can return unused garden tools, décor, and furniture within 28 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Do you offer a guarantee on your hardy plants?
Yes, we offer a 2-year hardy plant guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to thrive despite proper care, we will replace it or issue a credit note, provided you have the original receipt and plant label.
Can I click and collect my order?
Absolutely. You can select 'Click & Collect' at checkout to pick up your order from any of our Newbank Garden Centre locations. Most orders are ready for collection within 24 hours.
